Meet the team – Jonathan: Customer Support Manager

Having recently graduated in engineering, Jonathan joined the Serel team in early June 2020 as Customer Support Manager. Jonathan is determined to learn more on a daily basis in order to provide the best level of support to Serel customers. So, who is this young engineer? Let’s find out!


What is your role at Serel?

Covering everything from the choice of configurations to commissioning to after-sales service, I am the preferred technical contact for customers. Therefore, my role is to be there for the customers and ensure they are completely satisfied following their collaboration with Serel.


For Jonathan, Serel is…

…a very friendly, dynamic, and ultra-talented team. I’ve only been here for a few weeks, but I’ve already got to know all my colleagues and I’ve found it very easy to integrate within Serel’s team.


What do you like about your job?

The role has a lot of variety and it is dynamic. I do a lot of different things – from mechanics to electrics – and I will be traveling a lot.


What do you like to do during your free time?

I play a lot of music and am a member of the group A-55. We recently signed with a record label from Luxembourg. We plan to release an album soon and we would like to continue on this path. Our goal is to become known in Luxembourg and then Belgium.


Can you name a film that you like?

I’m a big fan of mafia movies like ”The Godfather” or “Casino”.


Can you give us an inspirational quote?

“Don’t worry, be happy”. For me, there are no problems, only solutions. If something goes wrong, I take the time to analyze the situation and ensure I always find a solution.
